VAST News is a newspaper that is sent to all VAST members. It is currently printed seven times a year including July, September, November, December, January, February and March.

The VAST News is the largest snowmobile association newspaper in New England, and the third largest in the nation. With 35,000 members, the VAST News reaches an estimated 25,000 households with a readership of 70,000.

The VAST News is the voice of Vermont and New England snowmobiling.
Each edition has 44+ pages packed full of club news, photos, current events and issues that have a wide reaching impact on the snowmobile industry.

The VAST News is published seven times a year and distributed free of charge to VAST members and places of business where Vermont snowmobiling activity takes place. Issues are also sent out, by request, to thousands of people around the United States, Canada and Europe.

Snowmobiling contributes an estimated $555 million dollars a year to the economy of the state of Vermont. Annual revenue generated from the sale of snowmobiles & accessories in Vermont exceeds $101 million, while $109 million is spent on lodging, meals, gas, snacks, beverages & real estate.
