Event Submission - Read Guidelines

GUIDELINES: Only use alpha characters in your event title as things like "quote" or "/" marks cannot be posted yet will appear that it does. TIME FORMAT: The start and end time is done in European fashion and the time goes to the second. While it is possible to copy the sample given and type over the information make sure the year is correct as well as the month and day. Events of interest to the general VAST population can be submitted to the VAST event calendar. APPROVAL: It takes time to review the event submissions, so please be patient. SAFETY CLASS: Safety Classes should be approved by Jere Johnson, Education Coordinator, Vermont State Police, 802-878-7111 ext. 2211 prior to posting.

Event Details

The title of your event (If safety class add town - ex: Snowmobile Safety Class - Barre)
Name of club sponsoring event
The start date and time. (in this format: 2010-01-30 13:00:00 [midnight is 0:00:00, 11pm is 23:00:00])
Event location
Describe your event - Who, What, Where - Double check your spelling. DO NOT SUBMIT IN ALL CAPS! OR repeat information that has been submitted above. If the submission is done in all caps it will be rejected and the event will need to be resubmitted.
The end date and time. The start date and time. (in this format: 2010-01-30 13:30:00 [midnight is 0:00:00, 11pm is 23:00:00])
