General Champlain Valley Trail Conditions

Riding is not recommended at this time! There is a foot of slush in most of the trails with mud and bare spots for the most part.    The heavy rains did most of the snow that was received in!  There may be some decent riding in the higher elevations, but caution and discretion must be used!  Please check with clubs for the most up to date trail conditions.

No Ice Is Safe Ice - Stay off all bodies of water!

Chittenden County

As of 3/10/10, the trails in Chittenden County are closed, except for very limited areas in Bolton and Huntington. The trails that are opened may not be groomed and may have bare spots, ice and open water bars. With the coming rain and warmer weather, the trails will deteriorate quickly.

 

Addison County

March 9th, 2010

Riding is not recommended at this time.  There may be some limited riding in the high elevations, however we recommend checking with local clubs for the most up to date information.

Stay off all bodies of water please!
